Check out my facebook page. I have a dive album of Morro Bay. Target Rock is an easy, safe dive. I have one picture of a big rock ( 30 foot) by the bay. That's the place. Depth to 30 feet.....viz can be good or bad. Dive maybe one hour or closer to high tide only....
