Thanks to a couple of Gold and Silver donations as well as a flurry of Bronze ones, we’ve made another big leap and are inching closer and closer to $40,000.

We start off with two important repeat donors. The first is a $1,000 donation from the Jeremy & Marlo Wolf Family Fund. They have been consistent over the years with their support for our Chamber and their generosity underscores their commitment (and ours) to diving safety. And they are joined by another regular contributor in the form of SOCDC, better known as the South Orange County Dive Club. They’re not only supporting us with their Challenge donation, but also as a table sponsor at Chamber Eve.

At the Silver level, we start with a $600 donation in memory of Lee Somers from his widow Martha. Lee was a well-known pioneer in diving and also mentored our very own Karl Huggins at the University of Michigan. And at this level, we also have an Anonymous donation. Both of these donations underscore that you can donate in someone’s memory, or simply make the donation for the good of the cause and we’ll shield your name.
