Worst year for a long time. This year with 44 separate atmospheric river events October - March causing rivers to flood and dump mud and debris into the ocean. Then regular weekend North storms following that for months. Now high plankton counts and blooms along the beaches, even at the islands.

Is anyone beach diving in So Cal?
