The Vantuna research group, from Occidental College, has done the study on the new PV artificial reef. They are submitting a proposal for funds to develop an artificial reef siting tookit, and are looking for letters of support from artificial reef users by July 1 (this has been sitting in my inbox, sorry). If you can write a letter of support for them and for artificial reefs, please contact me and I'll give you more info.
