Welcome to my Homepage. I hope you enjoy the following underwater films. I’ve included some links for more information about the locations or subjects. I’ve tried to keep this site short, concise and quick loading. All videos are in a linked to a Vimeo.com site, or are in a streaming .flv (Flash) format. There may be a slight pause before they start. Click on the Titles or Pictures. Don’t forget to turn on your speakers. If you don’t get any video, try downloading Adobe Flash by clicking on the Flash Player button above. If the video is a bit jumpy, try the LOW-RES VIDEO on the right column
I’m an amateur underwater videographer that resides in Southern California. I’m currently using a Sony HC9 HiDef videocamera in an Amphibico Dive Buddy Housing. My lights are four Fisheye Fix LED 100DX’s, or Light & Motion Sunray HID lights with a home built canister battery pack. I also use a home built 7" external monitor. For editing I’m using Adobe Premiere Pro CS4. For underwater photo/video techniques check out http://www.uwphotographyguide.com
This site was updated May 2011. I’ve added new links and updated some old ones. If you have any questions or comments about any of my films, or would like to exploit my talents, please contact me walter (at) waltermarti . com
