Mike, this type of opinion is what gives hunters a bad name. Someone who goes out and catches food for his/her family and shares the resources with others, including the animals that depend on it is an integral part of the dive community. However, the same old redneck, shoot anything that moves, I don't want 'em here attitude leaves a bad taste in everyone's mouth. I enjoy your articles about diving and the way the reefs used to be, but if you want the respect of your readers you need to avoid anyone with the thought process of Big Jake. I can just picture him in his long-eared wool hat with moose antlers. :-)
