Is there a plankton bloom right now causing the low visibility?
Also, at this time of year, are people without wet suits going into the water at the beaches, or are people even at the beaches right now? Are the beaches ever crowded like you see in Rio de Janiero photos of Ipanema beach or whatever that beach is called? Thanks.
