Why are you asking this??? If the people on this board want to make rules then let them join the legislature. There are F&G laws, collect the names of the offenders, take pictures of the illegal game they took and turn them in to F&G. The law is there to deal with them. Asking a bunch of photo purists this question, my guess is yoou already knew the bulk of what you heard. I've seen you intercede with illegal game takers, unsafe divers, and idiots in general well before there was ever the internet, so what's the real motive behind this question/statement??
