"Adhami has six felony convictions for auto theft, receiving stolen property, burglary and insurance fraud and has served 2½ years in state prison. Adhami also is an undocumented immigrant who could be deported to his native Iran at any time, according to court records.
In December, Hodaji pleaded guilty to fishing without a license after he was ticketed for possession of 10 undersized lobsters and an undersized sheephead."
