I just got off the phone with the Office of the San Diego City Attorney. The case(s) have not yet been assigned to a prosecutor or trial judge, but are being handled by the Consumer Fraud Division.
The case numbers are as follows:
Snail Mail about the case should be sent to:
Office of the City Attorney
Consumer Fraud Division
Civic Center Plaza
1200 Third Avenue, Suite 1620
San Diego, CA 92101
include a reference to the case number(s) on the envelope and letter.
Email should be sent to cityattorney@sandiego.gov to the attention of the Consumer Fraud Division and include case number references.
