I dive on a fairly regular basis with DCI and do so because of the great staff and management. I have found them to be most accomodating. I do not know of their refund policy and am sorry to hear that anyone had a bad experience with them. I do know that they are currently experiencing a merger and are probably going through many changes in the way that they have to run their business. I do know that if they could have accomodated you that they would have. Perhaps they are not set up as of yet to handle cash or credit refunds. I don't know. I do know that I will continue to dive with them and if you want to "sell" me your raincheck (assuming that it is transferable) I would be willing to buy it from you at full price. Let me know. I will contact them to see if it can be arranged.
