Of course they can cause flash fires.
That's what pure O2 can do if it comes
in contact with a petroliate.

As unfortunate as John's experience
was last weekend, there may have
been another cause of the fire than
a non-O2 clean component.

Apparently Atomic doesn't recommend
the use the their T1 first stages
with pure O2 delivery in deco
bottles. The jury's still out
though I assume as it's still being
inbestigated.
