You'll obviously have to have them hydroed and VIPd. However, my bigger concern would be (1) neck cracks (which would make the tank useless), and (2) whether the tanks are still legal.
When aluminums first came out, they were given an "SP" designation (you'll find it on the upper part of the neck), which was then changed to an "E" and now the current "3AL" standards. However, not all old aluminum tanks can be converted to 3AL (and SP and E are no longer legal) so you'll need to make sure that these aren't tanks whose permits were yanked by DOT. Check with your local shop.
