Well, like I said before, I do like a good debate. To answer the above question, yes, I have been skin diving along the Central Coast (this before I learned how to scuba) - specifically between Pismo and Avila beach - and I have enjoyed otters, kelp, sea urchins, and other invertabrates all at the same time. And as far as 'controlling my emotions' - sorry bud, can't do it. I'm just too full of awe every time I get under the waves. It makes me sad to hear opinions like yours coming from a fellow diver - even if it is an 'expert' one. ( I especially liked the one about natural oil spills in Monterey Bay - that's right up there with Ronald Reagan saying trees are a major source of air pollution).

Again, I just can't argue with your kind of logic.
