Have you considered building one? You can use a "stitch and glue" type construction to build from marine plywood. Lots of sites have plans. About the only power tools you need are a hand-sabre saw and a sander. Do a search on google for something like "build kayak plans" and take a look.

I'm just begining building a small sabot that one to two people could dive from (although not terribly easily).

The best advantage of rolling your own is that you can custom fit it to your size, add extra cargo area, and possibly additional floatation to counter your weight.

Or, just do what I've seen a bunch of people doing at Refugio: Tow your rig. I saw a big group of sit-ons with their BC's inflated in the water behind their kayaks. It isn't the most streamlined, but it beats the heck out of swimming (I know, I've been stupid enough to do it a couple of times).
