Where do you read that MHK said that all PADI DM's should be laughed at, or what did he say that you personally should feel insulted?
If I understand correctly, MHK talked about PADI, not their DM's. About that PADI now allows a diver with just 20 dives to enter a DM program, and that this disqualifies PADI (not all PADI DM's).
The constructive part in that criticism is that it wakes up experienced PADI DM's like you to stand up against PADI to stop this insane policy, so the PADI name regains some credibility (if that is possible).
Sorry if some excellent DM's or instructors work for PADI. IMHO, they just chose an agency that turned crazy and now they all have to deal with it because nobody spoke up to stop them.
