JRM, I don't know of a good diving instructor that teach's UW Hunting. But here's a thought, why don't you see if you could get Chris and Seahunt to run a siminar on UW Hunting. Here are two guys that know more about it, then any 100 dive instructors.
There are many divers in our diving community that have far more experience in speciality areas, then most dive instructors. Tapping their knowledge would benefit us all.
