Give some consideration to the DUI harness weight system. A little spendy but what gear isn't nowadays. It has two detachable pouches on each side, each holding either 5 lbs each, or a bigger one holding 10 lbs each. If it works for a 68 year old buzzard like me it'll work for anyone!
