Too bad we don't get any follow-ups on the cause of death. Was it a heart attack ? Did she panic and let the reg fall out of her mouth ? What was her weight ? Was she heavy and had a heart attack under water ? Where were her buddies ? These and other important factors are never provided and we are left to fill in the blanks. Any ideas ?
