They also support leaving the platform like http://www.preservereefs.org, Coalition for Enhanced Marine Resources (CEMR)
I also believe that having the oil rigs remain as artificial reefs is a good idea.
However, I am curious about the following:
Both of these web sites are maintained by the same company, http://www.digitalgear.com
Both CARE and CEMR have the same goals.
Both are non-profit organizations.
Nether of these web sites was cheap to produce.
CARE's booth at DEMA was not cheap either.
Who is bank rolling these organizations?
Although I agree with their goals, I would like to who financially backs them.
