I know we discussed this earlier but maybe someone can answer a specific question:
For background, my Vyper computer which is based on the RGBM, penalizes me when I make a deep stop at 1/2 of max depth. During that deep stop, my decompression time ("ascent time") keeps increasing. Only at a depth around 12m does it stop increasing and start offgassing.
Now, outside of this computer, how does the RGBM handle deep stops and how does a deep stop (for how long?) relate to the mandatory decompression time?
I've seen several people post their deep stop procedures, like 2 minutes at 1/2 max depth, or 5 minutes at 1/2 mean max depth, etc.
What does the current deco theory say?
Thx,
