I'd love to have an insight on dive accidents. I prefer to learn from others mistakes. But, I admit I learn more deeply from my own mistakes. I attended the DIR seminar last weekend. JJ mentioned that no one has done a review/analysis of any data related to tech diving accidents. Do you have the data or access to it to achieve something of that nature? Even if your "file" only relates to non-tech diving accidents it sounds like many people could learn from it's contents. In boating I've heard of a publication that discusses sinkings and analyzes their cause(s). A publication like that re diving would be excellent! The world would be a better place without fact dodgers and mixed up logic spewers! ;)
