Who conceptualizes a "bad" tank? I don't think that's a manufacturer's intention to produce a bad tank. Tanks are tanks. I'm only interested in capacity. There's a 13 pound difference between a 120 and 72 steel but with either one I still pack 20 lbs of lead and dive dry. Since individual bouyancy varies there's no hard and fast equation of tank weight vs. lead packed.
