So does that mean that a steel tank with a wetsuit, that provides for good bouyancy is OK or is it not OK because it is not a 'balanced configuration'. It seemed like you were saying that a rig with good bouyancy is a balanced configuration and I read that to mean that a wetsuit/steel tank combination with good bouyancy is what DIR pushes, regardless of how it is created.
I would appreciate if you cleared this up because I may have misunderstood what you meant.
