Mike, different tools for different jobs. For reasonably shallow wreck penetration you cannot beat the efficacy of the Pro model Force Fin. Stupid is using the wrong piece of gear for a diving situation that requires more appropriate gear. And stupid is allowing a dive shop to sell you gear without researching it independent of the shop or its crew of instructors and dm's. Most shops will continue to "pimp" gear that gives them the most profit/mark-up, regardless its quality or usefulness. I would strongly advise anyone wanting to get certified to research, research, research, read, read, read before putting a foot in a dive shop.
