Loose bungees and second inflators hidden away with all those clips you have and your snorkel is not an ideal configuration. Also, it isn't clear, but it appears from the photo's, but is your hose stuffed into bungees on your tanks??? And are you breathing the long hose???
Deep air is just plain and simple stupid and you won't get alot of sympathy for it on this list...
