LOOK at the definition you posted It clearly states that the word "attack" denotes an act of MALICE with intent to do harm or even a threat to do harm...the shark does not wish anyone harm. It is merely "FEEDING" no attack is made, contact or NOT. Ask YOUR attorney, if you stumble into someone if you can be sued for or charged with an "attack", or if you kill a creature (non-Endagered or protected)for food is it an act of intent to do harm or is it just eating? If you attack creatures, you have deeper issues than misuse of the language
