Please explain the above. How does everyone pay? Maybe the immediate family, friends and the state pay emotionally and financially for body recoverry and investigation but it's no different than if they ran their car into a pole while driving drunk or zonked out on hash. How does it cost me because someone died scuba diving recklessly, driving recklessly, climbing recklessly? Do you mean in terms of their potential economic contribution to society or in a romantic "I'll miss him" sort of way? Thanks for the clarification in advance.
