even the good police (is there such a thing?) aren't doing the job so like has been said here recently I do think it best that things like DIR be out there so at least SOME people can try it in some degree or another. DIR does not have any BAD points, it's just that some people are too lazy or stubborn to try it out I thought it was a too severe thing for me but i found that a DIR rig was easier to pack (travel) easier to wear (in AND out of water), helped me make the best use of my air, easier to clean, simpler to maintain etc., etc. I wish I had some time and $ to get my butt into a GUE course!! all that aside No SCUBA POLICE!
