1. Bust those (*^^&$%# boaters that go too close and too fast to boats with dive flags on them, and wave-runners too! Nothing is quite like looking up near the end of a dive and watching wave-runner wakes going right over your head (I'll surface near the boat now thank you).
2. Why stop at the surface? Why not force divers to pay for underwater cops to follow them and make sure that they don't do any badness underwater.
3. Air Cops. Let's make sure everyone's mixture is doubel checked before they breathe any of that stuff. Who's got the nitrox tester!!?
4. Gear Cops. Let's make sure everyone uses the (fill in the blank) approved rigs!!
