After the dive, did he say the world was swishing
from left to right underwater, causing the nausea?

I'll ask him.

Was he unable to walk imediately after the dive,
if at all?

He sat on the rocks for a couple of minutes before starting walking back to the car.

Did it take upwards of three hours for the nausea
to subside, but not totally disappear?

He seemed a lot better after we packed up the cars and got out of our gear.

Is he still woosey the next day?

I'll check tommorow.

If the questions I asked were answered with
a 'yes', I would guess some minor vestibular hit
caused by a micro bubble in one of his cochleas.
I would consult DAN since this type of episode is considered a form of DCS... and it has been know
to occur in dives as shallow as 15 ft.

I am not a doctor, but I have seen what you
describe before.

Interesting. I'll check up with him tommorow.

Ben
