I got certified in the late 80's and I have somewhere around 2000+ dives.. In my view I could pass a PADI IDC while I'm asleep.. When I started it all it was was a discussion on how to promote PADI, how to sell more classes and collect badges and patches..
Even after all the dives that I have done and all the studying that I have done, I can tell you with absolute certainty that I am not ready to be a GUE instructor.. In my view, the agencies are day and night apart and the more I assist in Andrew and Walker's classes the more and more I'm impressed with the agency...
