In other words, if you compare the bottoms times allowed by a computer -v- the tables then I would say no...
Generally, all the computer does is take the above NDL's and calculate your in-water profiles using the same method that I've described in my initial post..
So I guess conservative is a subjective term that I'm struggling to define..
