But the bottom line seems to be to scrap 21% and do all diving with a minimum of 32%. Apart from the double expense of fills, where do you suggest the average sport diver get his/her fills? Only a couple of boats pump Nitrox, only one store in the entire S.F. Valley, and damn few anywhere else. So again I ask: are we expected to pop for our own compressors and rent big O2 bottles after becoming blend certified? We're all between the proverbial rock and a hard place: Nitrox is safer but nowhere to get it consistently in the entire greater L.A. area. How should we deal with that frustrating dilemma?
