That's not what I said nor even remotely what I meant.
I have long maintained (for close to 20 years despite heavy industry opposition) that we should freely discuss and dissect accidents, both fatal and non-fatal, because we can learn from them. In fact, I've publicly held this position long before many of those who frequently post on this BBS were even certifieid. (And that's NOT a shot at Michael).
However, as Michael can attest, I really hate it when others interpret what I say, especially when they get it (in my opinion) wrong.
Don't read more into what I post than what the words actually say. If you've got a question, either post it on the BBS or contact me directly and I'll usually (unless I think it's a troll) reply.
I think a useful dialogue and examination of the issues benefits us all. But from a personal standpoint, once it becomes political (aka, "My way is better than yours") I lose interest in the diatribe.
