baseless...when a few people and myself witnessed the incident...and pointed to the DIR canopy ....
the reason people like myself don't identify ourselves is so that we don't have confrontations
but if there is some miss deeds done...then it should be brought out in a manner so that it doesn't happen again ...therefore all concern will benefit ...right on scuba joe for bring this out...
