this is not brain surgery, you pick and choose the rules that keep you alive. the tank lables are there so some idiot doesn't take it by mistake and tox themselves. you don't get a fill without lables, because that is the standard of the community (you don't like it... change it). by the way, the greedy dive stores are not making any money O2 cleaning (it's a pain in the ass to do and takes a couple of hours to do it right, all for $24 )I have seen burnt hp seats, and burnt o-ring, there is a real danger there and that's why it's done(GUE requires O2 cleaning, read your manual).
most of the rules in diving are simple ones, they are there to keep you alive.
