Thanks... err, I think.
We could switch over to another topic like
domestic/international satellite, fiber, and
Internet radio/TV/data broadcasting - which
is my primary professional field. But that
subject tends to bore others unless they want
to know how to get DBS for free. I can tell you
stories of Retlaw Broadcasting and the 'sister's'
holding station in Monterey from the 1980's -
Prior to that, I was a county Sheriff's Deputy for
a brief time. I came to realize after 11 months on
the docket that I did not want to make law
enforcement a long term career.
Cooking professionally was an early love for
which I received some training in SF 18+ years
ago. My current love for SCUBA professionally
as a DM came about in late 1996, after I was able
to afford doing it as frequently as I wanted.
Funny thing, being a DM on a diveboat and having
the skills to cook for 40 hungery divers and crew
go pretty mich hand in hand. One of the boats
I work uses that angle to their advantage.
