My DSL ISP assignes me a new address everytime I sigh on. But I suppose that folks would know that I have PacBell, but not know exactly who I am. Also I often use AOL since I travel so much and I often use it on my home computer via my DSL account. Is this sufficient to identify me?
Question 2.
Is having my computer's address made public dangerous? Will it make me more prone to attacks from outside the firewall?
