Another diver missing from Farnsworth?

We were out sailing yesterday and heard a Notice to Mariners from the Coast Guard about a diver missing in the vicinity of Farnsworth Bank, wearing a black two piece farmer john suit and a steel tank with two green bands[nitrox?]. Anybody have any additional info?
