The most recent tragedy has spurred a few thoughts in my mind which I believe warrant an overview of how to handle such a situation.
The following protocol is how to handle the situation:
1) spit out primary and replace with reg from bailout bottle.
2) swim to buddy, give give low on air signal then ascend.
