Karl, the instructors teach it... divers don't remember it. Single tanks on a 140 ft. dive..what could happen? No redundance.. who needs it. Take an OHE class..I already know it all. After all, it could never happen to me (I'm just to good of a diver). Karl it comes down to attitude. There's a big learning curve in diving, the only way some divers seem to be able to learn, is through discovery.
