According to Webster's Unabridged Dictionary:
"trag'e-dy; a disasterous ending brought about by...fate, or by moral weakness, psychological maladjustment, or social pressures."
I seriously doubt that ANY scuba fatality fits that definition even remotely. It's high time we all take personal responsibility for our actions, inactions, bad judgement, inabilities, and basic ignorance. "The fault, dear Brutus, lies in ourselves, not in the stars."
