You should know that the 300 yard limit can be amended by the duty officer or even ranking nco pretty much for whatever reason he likes. Maybe he just did'nt like the way your boat looked. Actually I applaud his discretion for extending the 300 yd limit, that seems pretty close and seems to be far inside a comfortable perimeter. The USS Cole should have had at least a 900 yd no enter zone, but thats another story. As well, the United States happens to be at war and your teen-age attitude about the "weenies" and "idiots" standing in your way of a good time are pathetic. The world is not all about you and your little scuba diving trip.
