This is another example of the heresay, bloviating and just dead wrong information from some people on this board. Use your head for a minute. Water (coffee) hot enough to cause 3rd degree burns would be in vapor form. Like high pressure steam. Ever tried to fill a coffee cup with steam. And don't bother arguing with me because I have a lot of experience being burned in boiler rooms. I have received 3rd degree burns from hp drains coming off of main steam lines (about 600degrees.)
While your at it, care to get me some relative bearing grease?
