I dont think it is too good of an idea to put a lot of novice divers into DIR or GUE configurations however. Theyre just not ready yet.
Well when would you put them into those configs? and if so, why make them relearn which undoubtedly would be longer. Learn it right the first time if indeed you suggest (per your statement above) that at some point the novice transforms and is ready and DIR is the way to go?
