I did a 2 year dam rehab in Phillips a few years back (SSE of Hayward). Used to run to Duluth to pick up the concrete repair goodies.
Got friends living in Iron River WI (not MI). Good mudbug & clam diving there.
Did another dam job at Jims Falls, near Steven Point (home of Leinies).
Was there during sturgeon spawning season. Those suckers are BIG.
What, no bear roasts???
