The membrane systems are pretty expensive, but why can't they fill tanks from pre-blended bottles? I'll accept that you don't want to work with pure O2 if possible, but what I have commonly seen is a shop with large K bottles of already mixed gasses, of different O2 percentages. Why can't these fill regular tanks?
