they do have some good things going for them.
They are in the process of "cleaning" up the material etc...
We so SSI certs and certify every student with an SSI nitrox certification during OW training. In otherwords when you complete your entry level course you have an Open Water Diver cert and an SSI Nitrox cert, the SSI Nitrox cert allows you to dive 32% and 36% only.
We do this without raising the cost of the entry level certification class but the books do cost a little more.
