Don't forget! The freedoms, liberties, and privileges you enjoy as citizens of this country go hand in hand with the extent to which you fulfill the duties, obligations, and responsibilities of that citizenship. If you choose to opt out of our ordered liberty (by acting or failing to act when required) then be prepared to live in the anarchy (or perhaps "relativism" as it's popularly known) you chose. You'll also need to accept that you've deprived others of their experience of freedom, liberty, and privilege by your misconduct. To the extent that you protect the rights of the smallest minority, you protect the rights of the greatest majority.

Oh yeah, don't draw the lines bordering your conduct based simply on the black letters of applicable codes. Go beyond what's required by written law and do your part, consistent with the laws carved in nature, to make this world a better place to live . . . . and to dive.

Is this bad business?
